ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE FLAT-GROUND SHIPPING RATE.  ALL OTHERS WILL BE SENT VIA USPS PRIORITY SERVICE AND WILL HAVE A SHIPPING FEE.

BLUE ALLEY COUTURE HAS A VERY EASY & CUSTOMER FRIENDLY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.  IF FOR ANY REASON, YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

1.  ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN RA NUMBER (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.  AN RA NUMBER CAN BE REQUESTED VIA E-MAIL CUSTOMERSERVICE@BLUEALLEYCOUTURE.COM OR VIA PHONE.

2.  ONCE AN RA NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED, ALL ITEM/S MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION (NOT WORN OR WASHED) AND ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM/S.

3.  ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PAY PAL INVOICE.

4.  ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

ALL SALE ITEMS, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.


BLUEALLEYCOUTURE DOES NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING FEES. A MINIMUM SHIPPING FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $9 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT REFUNDED.  THERE IS NO HANDLING OR RESTOCKING FEE

IF ITEMS RETURN ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND ARE USED OR DAMAGED, BLUE ALLEY COUTURE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN & WILL RE-SEND THE ITEMS TO THE SENDER.
